Product Launch Video

As part of the roll-out of Essential Cuisine’s new Street Food Chef seasonings range, an eye-catching product launch video was an essential part of the marketing planned to support the debut. The aim of the video was to create excitement about their new seasonings range, which is influenced by street food cuisines from across the globe.

Inspired by street food flavours from around the world, the new range of six seasonings needed a promotional video that clearly displayed the product, in settings that reflect the multi-cultural origins of street food cuisine.

To highlight the six different seasoning blends we used a range of footage to represent each cuisine. Creating a real ‘foodie’ feel. This was cut together at a fast pace to create a lively upbeat tempo. The graphics and footage where cut to time with the percussive backing track, made up of kitchen sound effects.

Hive created the Street Food Chef packaging incorporating bespoke, chalkboard-style drawings to reflect a ‘street food’ style menu. We brought these drawings to life in the film with the use of motion graphics. Additionally, we used the bespoke icons, foodie illustrations and map graphics to clearly demonstrate the key USP’s of the products. The end result was an exciting and snappy video which delivered a lasting impression.

The full range of supporting marketing materials created by Hive, included POS, exhibition ‘food truck’, literature and website.
